What data we handle
This site has no forms and no user accounts. The only personal data we receive is what you send us directly by email, Instagram or WhatsApp — for example, to make a booking or ask a question. We use that data only to reply to you.
Legal basis
We process this data because it's necessary to respond to your request (pre-contractual steps, e.g. ahead of a booking), or on the basis of our legitimate interest in replying to people who contact us.
Service providers
Your messages may pass through Google (Gmail), Meta (Instagram, WhatsApp) and Vercel (site hosting). These providers may process data outside the EU, always under the safeguards required by the GDPR.
Site analytics
We use Vercel Analytics to understand how many people visit the site. It's a cookieless tool that doesn't identify individual visitors — the data is always aggregated. So we don't use a cookie banner.
How long we keep data
We keep contact messages only for as long as needed to answer your request, or longer if required by law.
Your rights
You may exercise, at any time, your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability over your data — just email shmoozi.wine@gmail.com. If you're not satisfied with our response, you have the right to file a complaint with the CNPD — Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (https://www.cnpd.pt).
